Journey of a Rebel: Introduction

Kyla Robinson

Hello and welcome to all! My name is Kyla Robinson and this blog series is all about "Living Like a Rebel". From the beginning to eternity, we can choose to be Rebels and Luv ourselves. I am simply sharing my thoughts on rebellion in hopes they will reach out and touch another's soul. This is my glimpse on the "Journey of a Rebel". I hope you enjoy, learn, grow, and LUV!

To begin, I would like to give you a little background on myself. I am a college graduate with a Bachelors in both Marketing and Psychology. I grew up in a small town. As a child, I was fairly timid, quick-witted, and a smarty-pants. However, I always gravitated to arts and crafts. I have tried numerous crafts growing up, but only sewing seems to really stick with me. When I started making clothes at 17, I made them because I just wanted to DIY clothing for myself. I am a DIYer at heart. Then, as I grew my skills and got older, I wanted to transform these skills into a business. In 2016, Rebel Luv was born. From then, until now, has been an obstacle course built specifically for me. Growing my business thus far has been more of an internal struggle, rather than external. When I decided on the name Rebel Luv for my business, I did not grasp what the true message of it was. Now, at age 23, I understand that authenticity is the journey. Being yourself truthfully and freely without shame, is a revolution within yourself. You have to decide if loving yourself for who you are, is more important than what the world wants to shape you into. Creating Rebel Luv, which at the time I did not know, was the beginning of my revolution within.

Ultimately, my goal is to provide a guiding light that will awaken and activate your truth and a deeper truth of my own. I hope you journey with me, as you journey into yourself, to become a true Rebel Luver. At the core, we are love and we must return to that state of being. Let's take a dive off of the deep end together!

With Luv always,

Kyla Robinson
